On June 5th, 2010, after Asr prayers, the Muslim American Society of Boston presented a showcase of Qur`anic recitation by three top reciters: Imam Khaled Nasr, Imam Abdel Monem and Dr. Kamal Youcef-Toumi. The showcase was part of a dinner fundraiser to launch the endowment project for the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center. Guests were entertained by the beautiful Quranic recitation in various different riwayas while enjoying a delicious Mediterranean cuisine. The evening closed with Maghrib prayer.
